In Greene County district court cases were initiated against Richard Allen Frye, 33, of Grand Junction, charged with distributing counterfeit substance (marijuana) to a person under age and child endangerment; and against Nicole Marie Frye, 33, of Grand Junction, charged with distributing a counterfeit substance (marijuana) to a person under age near a school- aiding and abetting, and child endangerment.
